These palms are 35 feet tall and produce
edible dates. It’s best to plant them in
warm weather and backfill with pure sand.
The trick to getting them planted at the
same heights is to put reference nails in the
trunks when they’re lying down. When the
crane lifts them, if you’ve dug your holes
deep enough, you can adjust the height of
each palm with sand and they’ll all line up.
